Connolly-Pacific Co. (CP) is a vertically integrated rock quarrying and marine construction company. CP is engaged in the business of selling rock products and providing marine construction services in Southern California, primarily from Los Angeles to San Diego.
CP, originally incorporated in 1946, has been in operations since the early 1930’s initially constructing the Los Angeles and Long Beach breakwaters for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
We are a wholly owned subsidiary of Knife River Corporation. Knife River is a people-first, aggregates-based construction materials and services company. We supply aggregates, ready-mix concrete, asphalt and contracting services to support our country’s infrastructure. We are a vertically integrated, single-source provider with operations across 15 states. The company’s common stock is traded on the New York Stock Exchange using the symbol KNF.
